12 Months. 3 Phases

 
  • The Prism Future Team Journey begins with a virtual conference to introduce teams to the problem facing most associations across the country. Then teams will start working through various aspects of the paradigm lenses that we will cover in-depth in our virtual cohorts.

  • Having completed Phase 1, teams will start working through the “Mission Development Tool” to begin articulating their “One Thing” as an association.

  • While Phase 3 is the shortest of the phases, it is a period of intense learning as teams are introduced to consulting competencies to help churches in their context identify and execute their “next best step.”

Each Phase includes two primary elements to be delivered by Prism and one element of collaborative work done with your Association’s Team Members

 

An Extended Virtual Conference for all Association Teams

Add the following dates and times to your Team’s calendar right away!

  • January 11th, 2023 from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Eastern)

  • August 2nd, 2023 from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Eastern)

  • January 10th, 2024 from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Eastern)

Six 90-Minute Cohort Calls

Each Association needs to register for a cohort based on the days/times that work best for your team.



Six Team Collaboration Sessions

Between the cohort sessions, each Association should schedule time as a team to collaborate on exercises provided during cohort sessions.

It is up to you on when you schedule these times and what team members you want involved (i.e. pastors may be optional) but we recommend that you build this time into your calendar rhythms NOW!
